PPE
During exhibition build and breakdown we ask that you wear steel toe cap shoes. Long trousers and high visibility jackets are mandatory. As the loading doors are open all day on set up day the exhibition hall can get quite cold (depending on the weather) so warm clothes are also advisable. High visibility clothing must be worn at all times in the loading bay and in the exhibition hall during CDM build (build 05.00 – 14.00 and breakdown 17.00 onwards) - if your stand is cordoned off after 14.00 as the stand is still deemed in the CDM build phase the above PPE still remains mandatory. All personnel working within the hall/s must adhere to the safety (and any other) signage displayed at the hall entrance/s including any COVID-friendly measures. Hard hats are mandatory when overhead work or working at height is taking place on your stand.
No exhibits may be removed from the hall during build-up or the open days of the show without obtaining authorisation from BEVA
