ICC Deliveries & Logistics
If you are unable to bring your stand contents with you on build day, deliveries and collections can be made during the tenancy of the exhibition (13 -16 September) but will not be accepted by the venue prior to these dates. Any items delivered to the venue should include all of the information here.
Note the Venue/BEVA will sign for goods, but these will not be checked/verified and we will not accept any liability for items after delivery. All items must be labelled and the drivers delivering exhibits must be supplied with full information (event name and date, hall number, stand number, company name, contact name and telephone number), no responsibility will be taken by BEVA or the venue for items not labelled properly and may result in deliveries being turned away.
For large deliveries or deliveries that require handling and storing, we recommend using BEVA's appointed contractor SB Global Logistics who can arrange transport, logistics, and shipping (including dedicated collection/delivery vehicles, warehousing and Interim storage, and empty case storage). All consignments are to be sent directly to SB Global Logistics who will then arrange delivery directly to your stand at the venue on build day. Orders received after Friday 31st August 2023 are subject to a 25% surcharge.

Exhibitors who find it necessary to re-stock their stands during the exhibition should make arrangements to do so prior to opening times. Deliveries will not be permitted during exhibition open hours.
Please ensure items to be collected during the breakdown period are clearly labelled. Any items left after this time or not clearly labelled will be destroyed unless otherwise arranged in advance through your Event Manager.
