Defra has updated the Export Health Certificates (EHCs) for exports to the EU on GOV.UK, along with the Notes for Guidance. These can be found here.

Following user feedback, Defra has improved the design to reduce the number of errors and to make the certificates easier to complete.

Defra would welcome further feedback and have indicated that they will continue to refine the forms to ensure that they are as straightforward as possible to complete. Feedback can be submitted by email, please click here.

Please note that the forms are subject to constant revision; users should ONLY use the online version of the EHC. (export will not be valid if applications are submitted on old/out of date versions of the certificate
