Virtual Stand & EVENT APP

A virtual exhibition stand is included within the stand price (for the first 100 stands booked only). To ensure BEVA has all the necessary information to build your 'virtual stand please complete the form here by no later than 11 July.

There is an option to pay (£360+vat) to upgrade your virtual stand to include additional features  (upgrade example). For further information please email.

App Download

The virtual platform will also function as the event App for the in-person attendees and will be free to download from both ios (under BEVA 2022) and android stores (under BEVA) and is also available on the web https://crowdcomms.com/beva2022/login. The App (BEVACongress2022) will act as a one-stop-shop for in-person attendees (including stand personnel), allowing them to view everything they need to know about the event. 

Ask the Expert Function - How it Works

This works on the platforms 1-1 chat messenger, if you, or the person you are messaging, is offline, your messages will still send, and the recipient will receive a notification flag (next to the chat button on the top right of the screen) to let them know they have a message when they next log in. , You can see if someone is online as they will have the green dot next to their name. Any messages/conversations are stored in conversations so that you can respond/refer back to them.. Simply click the ‘chat’ button to bring up your history, to read new messages, or continue previous conversations.
