ORDERING

Exhibitors can order/hire a wide range of different stand services and products directly through the venue. Products include telecommunications and networks and audio-visual services can be ordered here. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the venue but this is only suitable for basic web browsing and cannot be relied upon for demonstrations.

Catering

The venue caterers have sole rights to all food and beverages consumed onsite, therefore all food and beverages, and associated catering equipment must be ordered through them. Should any company attempt to provide its own food, beverages, or catering equipment in the venue, it will be asked to remove it or pay a corkage/facilities fee for it. Any breach of the agreed contract could put the exhibition tenancy in jeopardy, so please ensure that you comply with these instructions. Any exhibitor providing food/drink sampling during the exhibition will need authorisation and will be subject to the Event Catering Services Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Business for Provision of Services as contained therein. Any exhibitors wishing to provide food/drink sampling should contact catering support to obtains an application form (telephone: +44 (0)121 644 5132 or email).
