Donnington Grove Veterinary Group invites applications for our 12-month Ambulatory Internship, designed to equip new or recent graduates with the practical skills and experience needed for a successful career in Ambulatory practice.

About the Role

Working with experienced clinicians based in and around ‘The Valley of the Racehorse’ candidates will benefit from a large and varied caseload with the opportunity to work with elite racehorses, both national hunt and flat. 

This exciting position will suit a graduate who foresees their future career in ambulatory sports horse practice, providing a supportive environment whilst encouraging hands-on learning. The role is to start on the 1st of August 2026. 

Out of hours rota will be a 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
