Dubai Equine Hospital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic equine veterinarians to join our growing clinical team in Dubai. This permanent position is designed for veterinarians who have completed a minimum of a 12-month rotating internship, are competent in triaging emergency cases and are looking to further develop their clinical expertise within a supportive, high-level hospital environment.
This is a new exciting opportunity to work within a busy, world-renowned equine hospital alongside experienced clinicians and specialists while gaining extensive hands-on experience across multiple disciplines. The start date is summer 2026 but flexible depending on the successful applicant’s availability.
About the Role
Hospital veterinarians will rotate through key clinical services including:
• Emergency and Critical Care
• Internal Medicine
• Surgery
• Anesthesia
• Ambulatory and Field Calls
The role is designed to provide continued professional development and increasing clinical responsibility while working closely with senior clinicians and specialists. Successful candidates will gain experience managing a diverse and challenging caseload involving racehorses, endurance horses, sport horses, and general equine practice cases.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, hospital veterinarians will play an active role in supporting and supervising rotating interns, contributing to a collaborative learning environment within the hospital.
You will join a team environment with access to board-certified specialists and experienced clinicians across surgery, medicine, sports medicine, anaesthesia, reproduction, flat racing, and endurance disciplines.
This position is ideal for veterinarians seeking to strengthen their clinical confidence, refine decision-making skills, and progress toward advanced clinical practice or future specialisation.

Eligibility Criteria
• Veterinary degree from a recognized institution
• Completion of a minimum 12-month rotating internship
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the UAE
• English speaking and writing proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
• A genuine desire to continue learning, teach, and develop clinically
