Rowley Mile Equine South West is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing performance-focused ambulatory clinic based on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds.
Our practice provides specialist ambulatory veterinary services throughout the South West of England, with a strong focus on orthopaedics, sports medicine, and equine performance management. We work closely with a wide range of clients including professional riders, racehorse trainers, and sport horse owners, supporting horses competing across multiple disciplines.
This position can be offered full-time or part-time, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility while working in a progressive and supportive clinical environment.
The Role
• A strong emphasis on orthopaedics, sports medicine and poor performance investigations
• Working with a diverse caseload of sport horses and racehorses
• Opportunities to further develop skills in diagnostic imaging, lameness investigation, and performance management
• Regular collaboration and communication with other Rowley Mile Equine practices to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and client service

The Ideal Candidate
• MRCVS with a minimum of 5 years’ equine experience
• Strong interest in equine orthopaedics, sports medicine and performance horses
• Motivated to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking practice
