Equine Rotating Internship

Dubai Equine Hospital is recruiting the next cohort of interns for its one-year Equine Rotating Internship, based in the heart of Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience within a busy, world-renowned equine hospital. The internship start date would be between May – July 2026 (depends on the selected applicants availability and graduation date).
Interns will rotate through a range of key disciplines, including internal medicine, surgery, sports medicine, anaesthesia, critical care, and night duties. There may also be opportunities to gain experience in reproduction and ambulatory practice.
You will work alongside experienced clinicians across multiple specialised teams, including board-certified specialists in internal medicine and surgery, as well as dedicated teams in sports medicine, anaesthesia, reproduction, flat racing, and endurance. The hospital manages a large and varied caseload, offering an excellent learning environment for motivated individuals committed to achieving a high level of clinical competence.
Previous interns have successfully progressed to residencies, fellowships, and careers as well-rounded ambulatory equine veterinarians.

This one-year clinical program is open to veterinary graduates from around the world. It is designed to provide a comprehensive equine clinical experience while fostering both professional and personal development.

Eligibility Criteria
Veterinary degree from a recognised institution
