The Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS), has launched SPVS Elevate, a new leadership development programme designed to empower new and aspiring leaders within the veterinary profession.
Elevate is delivered through the SPVS Thriving in Practice e-learning hub and combines face-to-face coaching, online learning and asynchronous digital content to support participants in building core leadership skills.
The programme has been developed to specifically address the needs of individuals stepping into leadership roles for the first time, as well as those looking to strengthen their confidence, self-awareness, and practical leadership capabilities.
