1. I have forgotten my username, What do I do?
We use the email address you have given us as your username to the website.
If your email address changes you can update it in the My Details section of the website. Please note this will not update your login details for the website, your login will continue to be the first email address you registered with us.
It is important to always keep your email address up to date so that you continue to receive the latest from BEVA.
2. I have forgotten my password, what do i do?
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it on the log in page. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.

3. I think I have more than one registered account on the BEVA website.
If you have registered more than one account, by using different email addresses, please contact us to resolve the issue.
