Fundamentals of Acute Trauma combines online learning and a practical day to ensure you are confident in managing wounds, assessing septic joints, and undertaking suturing techniques. You will take part in five on-demand, online lectures prior to attending the practical day. These lectures will provide you with the important theory you need on your practical day and cover topics including wounds and euthanasia. Your practical day will focus on hands-on learning with live horses and cadaver specimens. During the day we will:
Your online learning will be available to access at least two weeks before the practical date and available for up to 12 months afterwards.
