Dr Andre Buthe Equine Clinic Ltd is a sports horse practice, predominantly lameness/poor performance with some gastroscopy and upper airway as well as PPE in the UK/EU, based near Hungerford.
We are looking for an new/recent graduate who is interested in our speciality, motivated and a keen team player.
With a client base of competition horses / professional riders, there is opportunity to assist vet’s working with eventing and dressage teams. We have complete indoor lameness facilities, and for ambulatory work each vet has their own X-ray/ ultrasound and we have all the usual equipment (gastroscope, endoscopes, gait analysis, class IV laser, ESWT’s, biologic therapy). Good package offered.
The 12 month Internship includes a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, 3in 8 rota. VDS & RCVS fees are included. Accommodation can be provided.
We are a small team so finding the right fit is the most important - looking for a new/recent graduate who would start primarily working as an assistant and slowly develop their own case load as they progress.
