As the proportion of aged horses in the UK continues to grow, geriatric medicine is becoming an increasingly important part of equine veterinary practice. This two day practical and lecture based course focuses on the key areas that all veterinary surgeons encounter in the older horse population. Small group sessions using live and cadaver specimens allow delegates the opportunity to develop their practical skills and discuss their own cases.
