Job Description

Redwings the charity is a provider of everyday care for over 1,500 horses and donkeys at ten centres across the UK, including five Visitor Centres. In addition we have around 500 horses out on loan in private homes.


An assistant equine veterinary surgeon is required to join our in-house veterinary team. The post is a clinical one providing care to resident equines across our Norfolk farms.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week plus on-call with a 1:4 rota. There is full support available from senior veterinary surgeons and our qualified equine veterinary nurses.

A purpose built veterinary unit with full surgical facilities, digital radiography and all the usual toys is located at our main Hapton farm.

All levels of experience will be considered. An interest in lameness evaluation and/or dentistry is an advantage.
