Ridings Equine Vets are looking for an experienced equine vet to join our growing team of six vets in Yorkshire. We have a varied caseload and lovely clients, are largely ambulatory, with clinic facilities for inpatients and more complex cases or procedures. We are well-equipped with fully kitted trucks and all modern mobile equipment, including mobile digital x-ray, mobile ultrasound, gastroscope, endoscope, shockwave, laser equipment and motorised dental equipment. We also have the luxury of two fantastic grooms who are able to attend visits with us when needed.

We pride ourselves on personal development and team work, and are looking for a passionate vet to join our team. Clinical freedom and opportunities to develop your own area of interest are important to us as a practice. Our aim is to provide the best possible working conditions for vets in a friendly and supportive environment; Almost unlimited CPD budget with study towards a certificate encouraged. We have our meetings in the pub and it is rare we don’t finish work on time! 1:5 OOH rota with long weekends before and after weekends on call.

We are only 30 minutes from the cities of Leeds and York, with the Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors and the Peak District all within an hours drive. Minimum of at least one year clinical experience preferred. All we ask is that you’re a great team player and committed to working to very high standards of clinical and client care.
