BEVA's first online election for new Council members will take place before Congress with voting open between Friday 23rd August and noon on Tuesday 10th September.

Six candidates are standing with four seats available

BEVA Council is made up of twenty members: the (eight) trustee Council members of the Association are elected or re-elected for a one year term at the AGM and the twelve (non-trustee) Council members are elected by ballot for a three year term and can stand for re-election for a second term.

This year two existing Council members and four new candidates are up for election as (non-trustee) Council members.  They are as follows:

Members with voting rights (ordinary and concessionary members) must vote online and full instructions will be sent by email and by post to arrive when polling opens on Friday 23rd August.

If you are eligible to vote but do not receive your voting instructions (including your two-part Security Code) please contact Fiona Cunnington at BEVA (01638 723555 or fiona@beva.org.uk) who will arrange for an official duplicate to be sent to you.

The results of the election will be formally announced at the BEVA Annual General Meeting which will be held on Thursday 12th September 2013 at the BEVA Congress, Manchester Central, Manchester.
