POSTPONED: Fundamentals of Radiography & Ultrasound

19 Jun 2020 - 19 Jun 2020
09:00 - 18:00

Rossdales Equine Hospital,
Newmarket,
CB8 7NN

book iconAbout the Course

A day discussing the radiography and ultrasound skills deemed essential for any vet seeing horses in general practice. Pre-course online learning will allow for emphasis on the day to be placed on the practical skills required and panel discussions. There will be both theory and practical teaching on the basics of radiography, how to take good radiographs and how to interpret them. The same format will be provided for ultrasound of the distal limb in the field. There will also be theory and discussion on when advanced imaging is indicated, which should give practitioners the confidence to refer appropriately for modalities such as MRI and CT.

Coronavirus Covid-19 Update

BEVA's CPD program will continue as usual until further notice. We are asking all delegates to follow our guidelines when attending meetings in person. Read the guidelines here.

    Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to run our normal CPD programme until July at the earliest. This means Fundamentals of Radiography and Ultrasound will not take place on the 11-12 June 2020.

We are in the process of rearranging the date and hope for it to run in September 2020. We will provide a further update as soon as we have one.
