To mark the opening of the redeveloped Curragh racecourse on the first day of the Summer Irish Derby Racing Festival Veterinary Ireland and BEVA have organised a day CPD meeting with International speakers followed by an optional reception at the racecourse in the evening during racing. COURSE SPEAKERS Dr. Vivian Gath MVB, BSc, H dip, PhD lecturer and assistant Professor, School of Veterinary Medicine, UCD is a leading nutritional expert in Farm animal production and equine performance. Dr. Scott Morrison DVM, graduate of Veterinary Medicine and graduate of Eastern School of Farriery and head of Rood and Riddle Podiatry department. Lewis Smith BVetMed, CertES(Orth), DESTS, DipECVS, FRCVS, a European Specialist in Equine Surgery, an RCVS Fellow and partner in Rossdales and partners in Newmarket.
