Full Course Programme
A unique opportunity to undertake and practice sampling of the equine guttural pouch alongside some short clinical presentations. Delegates will carry out supervised guttural pouch examination as part of a robust biosecurity and strangles control program. Teaching group sizes will be small with a maximum of 3 delegates around each horse / demonstrator to ensure everyone gets the most from the practical sessions. The course will also be useful for Veterinary nurses and will develop confidence in the practical nursing skills required to support guttural pouch assessment and sampling.LIMITED TO 12 DELEGATES ONLY
