This course was developed for experienced equine practitioners with a good working knowledge in the field of lameness investigations. The highly-experienced lameness specialists will discuss how to approach multi-limb and multi-site lamenesses, the intermittently lame horse, subjective vs. objective gait analysis, reliability and repeatability of nerve/joint blocks, indications, usefulness & limitations of MRI, CT, scintigraphy, radiography and ultrasound, etc.. The speakers will furthermore share valuable tips, tricks and insights on how they approach specific challenging clinical scenarios. An objective gait analysis system will be extensively used on clinical cases as part of the 7 hours of practical sessions, allowing attendees to perfect their lameness skills.
