book iconAbout the Course

How do you deal with a recumbent horse? Is that wound close to or into a joint? The horse is 10 / 10ths lame- why? What is the problem? The owner has decided on euthanasia, but does it meet the BEVA guidelines? How can we ensure a ‘peaceful end’? Should I suture that wound – if so how? All dilemmas faced by recent graduates every day – experienced course tutors reveal some of the ‘art’ of equine practice as well as the science.
