Due to continued expansion we are able to offer an exciting position at Buckingham Equine Vets. We are a 5 vet practice (increasing to 6) with a purpose built equine clinic just outside Milton Keynes/Buckingham.
1 in 6 rota, 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Practice vehicle provided. CPD and further studying encouraged. BEVA, MRCVS and VDS membership paid for. Good central links in a busy happening and picturesque area.
This position would suit a candidate looking to continue their growth into equine practice with the guidance from an experienced team providing gold standard care. An excellent support network is available. XL Vets Equine Graduate Programme encouraged if applicable.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from a highly specialised team including equine internal medicine diploma holder (RCVS and European equine internal medicine specialist), RCVS certificate holders and advanced practitioners equine medicine, equine practice and equine dentistry. Diagnostic equipment including DR + CR X-ray, portable and clinic US, shockwave, gait analysis, advanced ophthalmic equipment, endoscopy, gastroscopy and oroscopy. All routine dental work performed under sedation with motorised dental equipment and head stand.
