Our equine hospital is located in the beautiful Somerset countryside, whilst being close to the vibrant city of Bristol. The hospital is fully equipped and has a new isolation unit and intensive care facility.

Veterinary Surgeon
We are seeking to recruit an Internal Medicine specialist to our expanding internal medicine team. You must hold a veterinary qualification recognised by the RCVS that allows you to practise veterinary medicine within the UK. Candidates who hold an ECEIM or ACVIM diploma in equine or large animal medicine are encouraged to apply.
You will participate in the delivery of a high-quality clinical service working alongside other specialists and 1-2 senior clinical training scholars on an ACVIM and ECEIM approved residency programme. You will also be expected to deliver high quality clinical teaching and practical instruction for undergraduate veterinary and veterinary nursing students and to senior and junior clinical training scholars in a clinical setting.
This is a fixed term position and available as a full time role with participation in an after-hours rota. However candidates wishing reduced hours may also be considered.
