Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Equine Veterinarian for our growing equine practice located in the peripheral area of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

The Equine Clinic is a friendly and fast paced growing equine practice located in Ar Rumays (town), 35 KMs from Muscat International Airport. This is the only private equine practice of the country that is providing equine medical services to Flat Race, Endurance, Show Jumping and traditional disciplined horses of the country. Currently we are offering Sports medicine, internal medicine, breeding and elective surgical services to our clients. In near future, we are planning to establish surgical theater, boarding and rehabilitation facilities at the clinic.

This area is enriched with a local Arabian culture. The local people are very nice, humble and peaceful. The horse community is always looking for quality services for their valued horses. There are two nearest cities i.e. Muscat and Barka where one can find plenty of opportunities to spend leisure time. There are several private and public beaches to be explored in Arabian Oceans located in a few minute drive from the clinic. During weekend days, some people also explore Dubai, UAE that is just a few hour drive from the clinic.

The ideal candidate should have a DVM with a 5 year experience in general equine practice.
