About the Practice (Equine).
The practice has established an Equine Clinic at Crown Inn Farm, the current facilities were opened by HRH The Prince of Wales in July 2018.

In more detail the Equine Clinic is composed of 4 operating theatres (two standing including a specific dental theatre and two full theatres including a colic theatre).  There are three digital X ray systems, ultrasound and MRI. There is stabling for up to 20 horses. Pool House is the largest equine practice in the midlands; approximately 8,500 visits are made every year.  All classes of horse are cared for, including a number of local racehorse training yards. We have laser surgery, cryosurgery unit, arthroscope, shock wave machine, PENS treatment for head shaking, 3m digital gastroscope and two 1.4m fibreoptic endoscopes.
