Job Description

We are offering a combination of ambulatory and clinic-based work.  Great opportunity to work up your own cases in an encouraging environment.  We investigate a lot of lameness / poor performance case and our clients expect good quality veterinary work.

Past experience has demonstrated that we can support a recent graduate, but we are also happy to accommodate a more experienced equine vet.  We can be flexible over working hours and Part-time applicants considered. Car can be supplied.  1 in 3 quiet weekend duty.  CPD/ post graduation qualifications encouraged and funded.  Weekly case discussions enhance continual learning.

We are forward thinking and are proud to have forged good relationships with physiotherapists, farriers, saddlers & McTimoney therapists to enhance our own treatments.  Our lovely clients are used to this holistic approach in addition to traditional drug use which has helped us to build an excellent reputation for good quality work and currently we encompasses both ancient acupuncture and the latest ridden pain scoring assessment . Beautiful countryside and close to the coast for leisure, but not too much working time spent driving to visits.

If you would like to be part of our friendly team and use our well equipped clinic including DR, ultrasound, gastroscope, oroscope & power dental tools, then please apply to Helen Whitbread. Please supply your CV via helen@debenvalleyvet.co.uk

Alternatively, please feel free to contact me about your job requirements on 07766 543 526
