The position would suit someone with experience looking for a good work/life balance in a friendly practice atmosphere. Our vets combine work, family and horses, and you can too. A four day week is possible if preferred, and there is long term potential for the right person. 1:4 OOH with time off in lieu, salary commensurate with experience. We have clinic facilities and a good range of equipment including wireless DR, gastroscope and video endoscope. There is a varied case load including competition horses, Thoroughbred and AI stud work, racing and polo. The Practice has a close relationship with visiting specialists and referral hospitals. Generous CPD allowance with the opportunity to pursue particular areas of interest, and study towards a certificate encouraged.
The practice is set in attractive countryside close to the heartlands of hunting and eventing, yet only an hour and a half from London.
