Our Practice

Loch Leven Equine Practice was established 19 years ago with the aim of providing a dedicated service to horse owners in Fife, Kinross-shire, Perth and the central belt. Preventative healthcare and education delivered in a caring and compassionate way is at the heart of what we do because healthy patients mean happy clients.

We enjoy working up our cases to get to the bottom of the problem so we can give our clients all the options to make informed decisions. Then we support them with whatever decision is best for them and their horse.

Case continuity is really important to use. It benefits the care our patients get, the relationships our vets build with our clients and our team’s professional development. And our team’s development and learning is a priority. A CPD budget is agreed as a starting point but we are yet to say no to a request for training that is going to benefit our team and therefore the practice and our patients. In the past we’ve funded multiple certificates, CPD courses abroad and personal coaches for our team.
