Best of Care

The Best of Care is a useful booklet produced by BEVA in conjunction with others in the equine industry to guide existing and potential horse owners through the various issues encountered when owning or considering owning a horse.

The booklet looks at what horse ownership really involves in terms of commitment and costs as well as looking at stabling, insurance, day to day care, illness and nutrition. The Best of Care is no substitute for veterinary care which should always be sought if your horse appears unwell.
